You will be asked if you, or anyone in your household, has travelled internationally in the last 14 days and whether you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of cold or flu.

When requesting service at the roadside where transportation is needed, you will be advised to seek alternate transportation from the scene and not to ride in the driver’s truck when the driver arrives to provide service as of March 16, 2020.
